How to submit a Purchase Order
1. Contact us for a quotation. You can call (800)526-8650 or (626)956-0100, fax
us at (626)956-0099 or (626) 956-0098, or email sales@rackmountpro.com. Please be sure
to include the following information in any email or faxes:
- Manufacturer part number or description of the products
- Your preferred shipping method
- Your zip code:
We will email or fax you a copy of our quotation within an hour after we receive
your complete inquiry.
2. If you do not have a term account with Yang Ming International and wish to apply
one, please fill out the Application
Form and fax it back to us at (626) 956-0099.
3. Make out a PO. Your PO should be in computer printout form with a purchasing
authorization signature. The form must include the contact person's telephone and
fax numbers, as well as email address if available.
4. Send us your PO. Fax it to (626) 956-0099 for immediate attention, or mail it
to the following address:

Usually we will approve the Purchase Order within 4 hours on a business day, and
ship the same day if the products are in stock.
Note: Currently we only accept PO from US schools and government
agencies.
